This sausage stuffer is built with all metal gears, oversized drive gear, and notched piston rod to deliver consistent results while withstanding the higher pressure needed stuff even smallest sausages. Lem 10 pound sausage stuffer this ultimate 10lb vertical is brand new from products. This 10lb stuffer is ideal for making snack sticks. This heavy-duty unit is a dual gear stainless steel sausage stuffer designed exclusively for Lem.
Note: this sausage stuffer is also available in the 25 lb. Lem sausage stuffer features: mounting holes in base includes four stainless steel stuffing tubes 5 8, 3/4 1 and two speed design: high raises the piston quickly for filling cylinder, low is casings sturdy frame composed of solid bars heavy-duty rubber gasket seals cylinder to help eliminate leaks. These two Lem sausage stuffer are the same, except for size. To prevent bending or bowing under pressure the frame is composed of four solid stainless steel bars creating a very sturdy.
Due to the size difference, this unit is better for snack sticks and 25 lb stuffer larger sausages such as breakfast links summer. This heavy-duty stuffer is equipped with an air release valve in the piston to ensure even pressure for improved results. Two speed design: high raises the piston quickly for filling cylinder, low is stuffing casings.
Includes 4 steel stuffing tubes 5 8, 3/1 and the stainless cylinder is removable for uncomplicated filling. Heavy-duty rubber gasket seals the cylinder to prevent leakage.
