So theres nothing wrong with the dual adapter or any of its pieces minus a few scratches on outside large piece you screw onto auger and black pin as seen in pics. This was due to me tightening the adapter keep it from turning as I tried use. I have to make 100lbs of raw ground turkey at a time and this was not good purchase for my particular need. I only used it once attempting to grind up turkey legs for my dogs raw diet but Big Bite kept getting jammed so ordered a more powerful grinder elsewhere.

I bought this and its a GREAT item but not for cut-up turkey legs with my #8 LEM Big Bite. This is the way to go. It works Excellent for grinding less hard bones like chicken qts fine. This adapter is more than I bargained for if only could use it.

Item come with everything in the picture and actual box/manual. If you want to use it for leg quarters, cooked bone-in meats, sausage, pork, beef, etc. I do however still use the normal Big Bite #8 for sausage cut-up and all other boneless meats.
