The lid handle is newer feels like rubber with stainless steel trim. This is a beautiful piece of cookware that has seen very little use, if any. I am pleased to offer, a stainless-steel, 5 quart, liquid core, electric casserole cooker with heat control unit and matching lid from Lifetime, in wonderful condition. The bottom is marked Lifetime, custom designed 5 quart, completely immersible etc, see photos.
